Aleksander Schmidt s.p. (sole proprietorship), with the help of experts and colleagues has for the tenth consecutive year organized a series of successful workshops and has trained over 9000 attendees thus far. Of these 9000 attendees, 5500 attendees came from the regional Chambers of Commerce and the Chambers of Craft and Small Business of the Republic of Slovenia. These workshops are designed especially for small and medium-sized businesses, which have no internal employee training or education, but realize that knowledge is the best investment in business and also the only way to resolve problems.

PROBLEMS AND CONFLICTS ARISE DUE TO A LACK OF KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING, HENCE THE ONLY WAY TO REMEDY SUCH ISSUES IS THROUGH EFFECTIVE TRAINING AND LEARNING

Most of our work is done directly at the enterprise or company level, where our program is adapted to client specific needs. The joint review of the business determines the so-called "weaker sections", and then with the appropriate knowledge and practical skills, changes are made to resolve this and make the business stronger. More and more Directors are now aware of how important it is to have the advise, counsel and expertise of someone who knows business, current market conditions and is also involved in new idea generation. This helps to unify the vision of the company with the goals and objectives of the employees involved and thus increases the bargaining power of negotiations and assists staff in the recruitment process. ABOUT ME

I have more than twenty-five years of private business experience, of which i have five years of operations experience in Austria and four years of diplomatic work as per the CD-C (Code Diplomatique & Consulaire) in Zurich.

This four year period of my life had the greatest impact on me as I was involved in diplomatic service and I received special training in the areas of personal upgrades, managing and working with people, art of influencing and spoken word negotiations.

Mastering these skills is a huge advantage for everyone, but for me the above contributed to my decision to stay in the field of psychology.

My present work is carried out in the field of education, staffing and consulting for individual firms. Periodically organize workshops at the Chamber of Commerce, on topics of personal growth, stress, peer relations and business skills, having free time working on writing a collection of books "How to use a homo sapiens, which offer simple, comprehensible solutions for everyone from everyday problems different areas of life.

There always are and will be people who are dissatisfied with the current educational and training system, people who feel the need to "know, learn and understand more."
